Just curious what exactly he meant when he tweeted that he would be intervening in Texas case. What options does he have? I always thought you just had to wait and see how things played out in court. Thanks

From my understanding (someone correct me if I'm wrong), intervening in the legal sense means joining the plaintiffs.

I think they are "intervening " (joining) to add the evidence they've collected to the Texas case. There mother of all cases.
