Good point, but, is the SCOTUS going to step in and force PA to throw out their own results?
What if PA did not abide by the ruling of the SCOTUS (lets assume its against PA)?
Are there any "emergency" powers that have been passed legally through their State Constitution that could have allowed for mail in ballots?
This will be a rebuke of the votes and mail in votes, and also a rebuke of the national and international narrative about the dangers of COVID to potentially pull it off if my 3rd question supports "emergency powers" stuff. I say this as a NY'er who had "emergency powers" used to take away our 2A protections in the state.
Not trolling, just questions running through my mind. Feel free to reply if you're in the know. (Non-PA resident, therefore, looking for some good info from the ground)
