Seems to me he is calling out the SCOTUS.
Which is good. They need to know the downside if they cuck out on us and the country.
SCOTUS can prevent a war here and now by just following what the constitution says.
They’ve been trampling on our country for years and years — for as long as I can remember.
Up to this point, the government has been of the deep state, by the deep state, for the deep state. Very soon it will be of the people, by the people and for the people.
It’s time to take back our country.
The only thing that remains to be seen is whether the Supreme Court justices are willing to show the necessary courage to ensure that the will of the people, and not the will of the corruptocrats, prevail in this election.

Roberts is not trustworty but they need four to take it up and I think Thomas and Kavanaugh have been waiting for some payback and I am sure Alito put off the Kelly suit in favor of this one. Then you need one more and I am sure that Gorsuch or Barrett will recognize the constitutional arguments and agree.
Kavanagh is a rino Bush boy , i'm very suspicious of him based on his record.
I think he is addressing every patriotic American and not just SCOTUS. Difficult days lie ahead as we face down the monstrous evil that is trying to steal our country for the benefit of a small group of depraved criminals.

We are involved in a cyber war with china (along with some other countries like iran) colluding with democrats to take over the U.S. government via election fraud. It is a soft coup to remove President Trump, who won the 2020 election in a landslide.
The Insurrection Act will eventually be invoked to fight this cyber war - but the states must first be allowed to deny their citizens certain rights guaranteed in the constitution, such as the right to free and fair elections, etc. Only then can the Insurrection Act be invoked.
Under the Insurrection Act, military tribunals will be used to try and convict the U.S. citizens guilty of colluding with those foreign powers to take control of the U.S. government via election fraud. This will include the deep state, politicians, MSM, and big tech (2018 EO and state of emergency applies).
Riots in democrat cities are expected, and the military has already deployed FOB's (like at Nellis in NV) to put down those riots. This is a cyber war with china and all the traitors that helped them, not really a civil war 2.0. Rounding up the traitors that colluded with the foreign powers is more of a very large scale police action.

If you check out Monkey Werx you can see all the massive airlifts of troops to Nellis AFB near Las Vegas (and other locations around the country) to be ready to put down the riots that are expected next month.

It's about the Dominion servers - notice "ALL Data" with capital D for data. "we will soon be learning" means we have not yet. The courageous patriots who have the raw data that will prove the dominion vote flipping is what he is hinting we will find out about soon.
