I'm surprised NoScript isn't on the list, but it is difficult getting it setup as you have to configure each website you visit with what other network calls are allowable. It does carry over settings from one website to all the others you visit, so if you block analytics.google.com, it blocks it everywhere.
There are others like firefox focus for mobile devices, waterfox, brave, and Chromium. Chromium is an open source version of Chrome for the GNU/Linux people to port over to their respective distro.
