I'm not dooming. Maybe I was unclear. My intention was to express my irritation at doomers who keep ranting about states not "officially joining" when apparently, the literally can't do that yet.

My AG in Kentucky issued a letter to us stating that he has joined so unless he’s lying or I’m reading a false AG report then I’ll listen to you.

AGs likely (imo) are stating they "joined" because they know that's what is going to happen, and don't want to get into explaining technicalities. I've seen how well it goes sometimes when you bring up technicalities.

Upon rereading what the AG stated I can say that you are mostly right (51%) lol. Being a man I can admit when I’m wrong but not completely, it reads as a confirmation that we will back the plaintiff (Texas) when it proceeds to scotus. Basically saying we have their back in the suit. I do want to apologize for the language that wasn’t warranted to a fellow patriot. But I’ll say we were both correct 👍

All these AGs seem to be pledging their support, but since their states aren't "officially no the lawsuit" yet, some pedes are freaking out... assuming that they even CAN be at this point. Apparently that isn't the case.
