President Trump and his team have been working on this since 2018 at least (maybe longer).

Certain conditions must be met before the Insurrection Act can be invoked. They have not yet been met, but we are getting pretty close now.

Regardless of the SCOTUS decisions, it will be invoked to respond to the cyber warfare attack from china - colluding with democrats, MSM and big tech - to overthrow the U.S. government using election fraud.

Some info says it is planned for January (unless events move that date up), so we still have to wait for now.

(by the way it is Martial Law).

Well- if the cyber warfare portion of the post is legit (I’m not saying one way or another) that will be detailed by DNI Ratcliffe in his election report that is due no later than 45 days after the election per executive order. That date would be 12/18.

The Insurrection Act gives the President the power to use the military inside the U.S. to put down rebellion or insurrection, hence the name. However, there are other circumstances where it can be invoked in addition to putting down rebellion.

To paraphrase, invoking the Insurrection Act requires that citizens of a state are being deprived of rights guaranteed to them in the constitution, because of the actions or inaction of a state. I guess a state depriving its citizens of their constitutionally guaranteed rights counts as rebellion, in a sense.

The right of citizens to vote in free and fair elections (and not be disenfranchised) is guaranteed by our constitution. Some states are getting very close to violating those rights, but all the legal battles are not quite finished yet.
