Not filing a 1040 doesn't really deny them that much taxes. Those of you that are self-employed or business owners could try, but for most of us the employers take more taxes than we owe out of our checks, and we actually file to get BACK some of what they took.
I'd wager that 70 million of us refusing to file would end up as a net positive for the government.
If you change your status with your employer claiming 9 dependents they will only be taking out SSI. When you file you will owe what they would have taken out weekly but the government will not be getting your weekly withholdings.
