That has nothing to do with it, that 97% for Hillary was based on polls. Trump's 97% is based on real votes. Big difference.

Polls had her at 97%. When the votes came in, Trump was at 99%.

In 2016, New York Times had Trump at 93% at 10:00pm

In 2020, Trump was at 82% on the New York Times meter when I went to bed.

Then I woke up and Biden has a heavy lead thanks to counties that magically decided to stop tallying the votes on election night.
