I wonder if the supreme court will rule all votes after midnight are void...take the results as they were at 12AM and that's who is President.

Doubt that highly. I envision more of a situation where Lion Ted delivers a blistering argument to SCOTUS along with 2 semis full of gaylords of evidence that is undeniable. The merits of the case are bulletproof and it is a slam dunk.

Then SCOTUS says "well you rascal states you messed this all up so i guess you have to figure it out on your own, we aren't doing shit".

Then Trump crosses the Rubicon.

I love how we all know what gaylords are now.

In 2000 it was decided by Chads; in 2020 it will be Gaylords!

I think it'll be this kind of "HOLY SHIT HE HAS THAT?!?!" evidence:

Imagine Ted standing there grinning smugly while phone call recordings are played to SCOTUS of stuff like:

"Get that truck of Chinese-printed Biden ballots to Philly right now! Oh, and tell the Detroit folks to print 20,000 more sham Biden ballots and scan them, quickly! We have to make the paper ballots seem to equal the fake Dominion totals, people. HUSTLE!"

Can you imagine the epicness? Followed by the mass arrests?

Yep. Even then I'd give SCOTUS 50/50 at best.

That's how I feel but I also feel like Trump's going to stop this shit once and for all so I'm not going to fucking doom out on a SCOTUS call.

Then we get fucked by RINOs.

Seems like the most likely outcome but hey 🤷🏻‍♂️

Possibly, except Trump has put his people in good spots and also has Space Force. Space Force isn't some bogus arm of the military. They have a 700B budget and are, as of 2020, their own functioning branch. This is important, if he crosses the river.

Possible but unlikely. My guess is they will try to maximize legality and minimize public outrage (and thus direct repercussions). In that scenario I could see them rule the state elections must be thrown out, and that the legislature needs to decide on the remedy for their state. That way the SCOTUS is consistent with the constitution, and they punt it to many people to make the decision collectively.

I don't see anyone making this argument though. Any lawsuit demanding this?

That's highly unlikely. Based upon the Texas case, it's likely they'd force a contingent election and thus it goes to house delegations
