With the Texas suit would these states have to throw out mail in ballots that were unconstitutional and that would flip them to trump? Or would it invalidate their electors and then the betters don't have to pay out since technically neither side won the state.?
Texas is seeking relief in the form of the state legislatures choosing their own electors in the light of illegally changed laws + the fraud. So all of the states that have certified their wins for Biden would have to send new electors.
