I'm actually more worried about the compromised legislators when the Supreme Court sends it back to the states.
Whether they're compromised by fear of the international mafia (aka DNC, et al) or they're just plain corrupt.
IMO if you pick electors and they're thrown out, then you've blown your shot to cast electoral votes.
