I think some states haven't explicitly prohibited ownership of NFA classified firearms and don't really bother to classify them in state law, and instead refer to federal law.

I think there was also a push several years ago for states to provide a defense from prosecution if the firearm was made from materials that have not crossed state lines.

Anyway pedes, what I'm getting at, is should states no longer recognize the authority of the Federal Government because, say, the Federal Government no longer recognizes the US Constitution, it would be nice to know what states that do would not immediately have successful prosecution of a resident in possession of such a weapon.
