Can't believe people are falling for this headline. This isn't for Hong Kongers that want to leave and have freedom here. This is a mask and a gift from the Democrats to China to make it easier for China to send their CCP people here and get as many loyalist here as possible.

Who knows how many people living in Hong Kong since 1997 are CCP loyalists?
The quota of the government immigration program from China to HK is 150 per day, so the Chinese immigration from this scheme alone already exceeds 1 million. So the reasonable estimate is about a quarter of the HK population (roughly 2 million), including Chinese immigrants and their descendants, Chinese with work/student visa, spies, polices, gestapos and more likely local Chinese nationalists (CCP supporters).
Hong Kongers are gonna have to sort out their own problems. We cannot be a pressure-relief valve for all shithole countries in the world. The USA already has enough problems to deal with.
