Very drawn out and well explained system.

As a nationalist Christian, I think that a nation must be founded in Christian ideals. The Constitution of my nation would be similar to yours, with the state being constitutionally restricted from expanding. I would have Christianity be the state religion, but no official church.

At this point, I feel its not possible to raise such a nation. Better to just grow yourself and others in Christ.
