She dedicated her whole life to educating children. Her favorite thing to do was to go to church. If you don't mind, please say a prayer for her.
Edit: I am sorry I have not been able to respond to you heartfelt comments. I have been spending time with family. We just finished making my grandmothers famous Christmas cookies. I just want you all to know that I love you all, that I have read all of your comments, and that they really mean a lot to me and my family. God Bless all you patriots. You are true frens.
Dementia is horrible.
I had a family friend pass away last year from a very rare, very aggressive form of Dementia, he was one of the most healthiest men ever and was very caring. The onset was rapid and it was less than three weeks from his diagnosis to his death.
I wasn't allowed anywhere near him after the diagnosis as he turned violent and short tempered, but I knew it was hard on his wife, his family, and my family member who knew him for over 40 years.
In a way, I am glad I didn't need to witness it, just hearing about how fast he declined was very, very morbid.
