talk to a lawyer about medical discrimination. Most states have them.

Get a recording of them doing it. I've done the same with some diversity training here that my company baked into an ethics agreement.

This is the order

Receive ethics training refuse to take ethics training on grounds of discriminations they tell you that you have to have lawyer send cease and desist <---- I am currently on this step and they are backpeddling get terminated sue for wrongful dismissal
