Chinese nationals here (not US citizens) are ALL required to bring back info i.e. spy. I bet it is! This is exactly why I haven't gone down that rabbit hole. Chinese nationals here (not US citizens) are ALL required to bring back info i.e. spy. Knowing the CCP will organ harvest your family if you don't return is highly coercive.
