Not in Texas. We still have masks and the local media still does everything they can to hype it up to Black Plague levels, but we're open and as much as I've railed on him, Abbott is not capitulating anymore (so far). Plus we injected a lot of red into our state this year including the judiciary. Glad this state is standing strong like a few others.
