Fully true. Written in Texas law.

Texas Election Code mandate that “early voting by personal appearance begins on the 17th day before election day and continues through the fourth day before election day….”,

We also allowed mail ballots to be turned in, in person before election day.

Texas Election Code §86.006(a-1) states, “The voter may deliver a marked ballot in person to the early voting clerk's office only while the polls are open on election day.”

The states in question side stepped the Legislature and that is ILLEGAL!!!!!

So did Texas.

Early voting extensions and mail blot turn ins were not done through the legislature.

Texas too could be sued for not following it's own constitution.

Texas Supreme Court used the bullshit 'timing' excuse that several other state's courts used to dismiss election lawsuits.

I am fine if we get sued. Either way President Trump wins Texas.

Agree. This just need to get to SC or the Constitution as we know it is finished.

Who claimed it was written by them?

They don't write it, but they are supposed to follow it.

Which they didn't.

Yes he did, and it was against Texas Election law.

What part of that is not clear?

The same with mail in ballots being turned in by hand before election day.

Both were clearly against the Texas codes.

You cannot come to Court with dirty hands. This threatens the suit entirely.

Here's info about the doctrine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clean_hands

Doesn’t matter, if we win our case and decertify, joe doesn’t get 270 and we win

Wheels also mandated masks.

He is a rolling cuck and no longer well liked in Texas.

That said, they SHOULD sue.

The Texas election should be tossed too. The legislature should choose electors.
