Are you, though? In my experience, although that is true of a lot of foreign students, and even from other East Asian countries like South Korea or Japan, it is not generally true of Chinese students, who mostly plan to return home directly after their studies are completed. Just my anecdotal experience, there's probably a study out there somewhere.
