In search of a answer to know if SCOTUS rejected the PA suit or not? I hear conflicting info. I heard they declined to interfere with the decertification of vote part of the suit, but I keep hearing they rejected it completely.
Anyone...Bueller? Anyone?
I've had the thought that SCOTUS will be somewhat more receptive to Trump's arguments due to the stated interest of Dems in packing the court. Also, the past between Biden/Thomas and Harris/Kavanaugh is always in the background. They could never cite these reasons in any decision but we can't believe this will all happen in a vacuum without these contextual influences.
