The vaccines should be required to be as safe as possible. There are NO vaccines ever developed that didn't have bad side effects for some people. Every medicine ever produced likewise has serious side effects for some people. That doesn't mean nobody should take any medicines, does it? No. Vaccines should be voluntary. If you don't want it, don't take it.
