This is looking like the formation of a very nice United States, we can kick the People's Republic of the West Coast out entirely and let the People's Republic of the East Coast have anything North East of PA and of course the shit holes DC, MD, DE.
If we really go by the electoral map of districts and counties there are large chunks of those blue states who would happily up and leave as well if it came to that. Eventually the left would just have their citie-states and little else.
