Winning the election. The votes that carried Biden to victory in those states were done so by procedures contrary to state law. This was a violation of the Constitution. Only the legislature has the authority to have allowed a change in procedures. These changes were written and changed by agency heads and their state Supreme Court allowed the changes which was a violation of the Constitution of the United States.
Think of it like this. Let's say Texas legislators enacted a law stating illegal aliens cannot get a drivers licenses to legally drive in Texas since they are here illegally. I have no idea if this is law or not, but let's just say it is. Then the head of the Department of Transportation says they will issue these illegal aliens a paper permit, and that if they are stopped and have this paper permit the officer cannot get them for driving. Let's say an officer writes them a ticket because they are not legally allowed to drive in Texas, but the judge dismisses it stating he will allow the paper permit because he understands illegal aliens need to be able to drive for work etc. Let's say it was appealed and made it all the way to the Texas State Supreme Court and they upheld the permit stating the illegal alien had a need to work and needed a car to get to work.
This would be a violation of the Constitution. The legislators were voted by the people to represent and enact laws on behalf of their constituents. The head of the DPS is part of the Executive branch and ONLY has the authority to execute actions in accordance with WRITTEN law from the Legislative branch. The Judicial branch ONLY has the power to interpret WRITTEN laws from the legislative branch, and their decision MUST be in accordance with those laws.
In the case of these battleground states, the heads of the electoral commissions in counties around these states did what the head of the DPS did in my example, and the state Supreme Court's did what the State Supreme Court did in my example when these electoral changes were challenged in court. Thus, they violated the Constitution by not having conducted their election in accordance with written law in blatant manners which cannot be disputed, and the courts allowed it. These changes allowed enough votes to give Biden the victory. These votes only occurred BECAUSE they violated state law, and thus violated Constitutional law.
This is why Texas specifically wrote either the Constitution is the foundation of thos country orbit is just a piece of meaningless paper. Texas stated this to the Supreme Court whose very existence is grounded in upholding Constitutional law.

So you're saying the SCOTUS has the power to appoint Trump the winner of the election?
No. SCOTUS can say those states made up voting rules that go against what was allowed. Trump winning would be an indirect outcome of their ruling.
