I prefer the full fat stuff as well, but I don't eat it enough for it to be a problem. Remember, there is no magic bullet. Eat right exercise everything in moderation.

Get up in the morning, make it a priority. Less excuses in the morning, whereas after work it's "got errands to run" "house stuff" "tv show coming on" "running late" etc..

The routine is key.

Small biz owner. Long holiday hours (thank god). Once the holiday is over I’m back on it. Morning is the only time I’m motivated. After work I’m so mentally fried that creepin on TD or Insta is all I have left in me. Lol
