Once the Supreme Court tosses out the bunk elections in PA, GA, WI, and MI, things probably go to the house of representatives for a 1 vote per state. This is a more likely relief than just declaring Trump the winner.
Now, there are more Red states, but there will be an enormous pressure campaign on the delegates, particularly from states like AZ (Mcain territory, possibly RINOs), since those states were called as blue (and AZ isn't part of the TX lawsuit right now, so there's less evidence for them to not vote the way their states was called, fraud or no). So, even if it goes to the house delegations, I don't think that's a guaranteed GEOTUS second term.
BUT.... If the house votes Biden to President(only 2 red states would need enough RINOs to mess that up), then the SENATE chooses the VP. In the very beginning, the VP was usually the runner up in the electoral vote, and President and VP from opposite parties were common before we went to a pres/VP combined ticket.
So the SENATE can choose whoever they want for VP. Will they choose Pence? What if, THEY ACTUALLY PICK TRUMP INSTEAD? Now, instead of a Harris/Biden administration, it's a TRUMP/Biden administration. Biden can't do anything, with the supreme court, and Trump tie breaking in the senate (even if GA runoffs go south), the dems would just have a narrow house majority, and if Biden steps down, then it's Trump next in line, which they won't want. A total president it name only.
After getting demolished in the midterms, MAGA party controls house and senate, and find Biden unfit for office due to obvious dementia (if he makes it that long). Then, GEOTUS is back on top, but if he serves only the last 49% of the term, he's still eligible to run 2024, serving a total of 10 years as Commander in Chief (maximum allowed by 22nd amendment).
It would be crazy, but so far 2020 seems to be the craziest possible version of reality, so, who knows? I think I'd be wiling to stomach a toothless Biden straw presidency until 2022 to open the door for a constitutionally legitimate Trump 2024.
Anyone else?
That would be crazy.
