After approximately 5 minutes of investigation compiled by their most dedicated intern, the FBI determines that there was no fraud in the systems. That have since mysteriously dissapeared.
The Chief Investigator has this to say “Upon further review we determined Corn Pop was a bad dude, and he ran a bunch of bad boys. Back in those days, you see how things have changed, if you used pomade in your hair you had to wear a bathing cap.“
