Arizona certifies phony vote tally and then joins Texas lawsuit?

Arizona's situation is different. Don't worry tho..people here are pissed about the Election Fraud and working on fixing it.

Nobody in government seems too concerned with it, though.

I mean except all the attorney generals and governors and who are out here supporting us. Adding legitimacy to our arguments. Everyone except those people.

I'm sorry, are the other 17 Attorneys General all part of the Arizona government?

Because I thought they each had their own states.

Yes we are! Rally on Monday at the Capitol. Today, contacting everyone I know to ask them to call the AZ AG's office. I'm sure there's something in it for him in this filing, but as least there's movement. Next, we need a Special Session here in AZ. House Speaker Bowers and Senate President Fann need to step up and do the right thing!!! We're watching.

No more weak leadership in the GOP.

According to Whip Borrelli, they need Cucked Ducey to EO an Emergency Session as the GOP lacks the 2/3 majority to force the Emergency Session

My last reply wouldn't post.

Because they don't have the 2/3 majority and because Ducey won't call the Special Session, there may be another option open to them. I've been talking to a former AZ state senator who has consulted with a Constitutional attorney. From what I understand, they only need a simple majority because the other avenues are closed to them. I will ask her for more information.

AZ fraud was ballot stuffing, vote switching, signature match fraud, etc. The States getting sued broke the constitution via enacting election laws by fiat and not through the state legislatures.

But shouldn't the Attorney General be prosecuting the fraud?

AtariArtist 14 points ago +14 / -0

It's going to the AZ Supreme too - lotta stuff happening here.

One thing at a time. For now, what matters is we rang that motherfucker's phone off the hook today and he responded by dropping trow with these actions.

I have my eye on him to replace Governor Ducey.

No. The attorney general represents the state and is employed by the state.

It's like If you do something shady and your lawyer on retainer tries to investigate you and throw you to the wolves. That's not how it works

But a lot of the fraud happened at the local level, like in Maricopa county. Wouldn't the Attorney General have the authority to prosecute fraud there?

So the AG is suing the Governor?
