Texas Election Code mandate that “early voting by personal appearance begins on the 17th day before election day and continues through the fourth day before election day….”,
We also allowed mail ballots to be turned in, in person before election day.
Texas Election Code §86.006(a-1) states, “The voter may deliver a marked ballot in person to the early voting clerk's office only while the polls are open on election day.”
They SHOULD sue. In the end it won't matter because either way President Trump wins Texas. They should be sued to make them follow the law.
