If, if,if,if Texas did violate their Constitution, (and I'm not sure that's true) then they would be open to a lawsuit against themselves, however, it would have no bearing on their ability to file against the violations of other States..it would come down to "suit v counter-suit" and each considered on their own merits..I am not an attorney, but I have studied law, and I did win two cases versus the state of AZ and the state of OR..(so I'm not completely ignorant...π€..imo,lol..πΊπΈ)
