I can only find an ancient post from 4 years ago, that looks like reposted reddit content, but I remember this myself.

In 2016, during the DNC primary, they had a complex scheme going- two different types polling places, and whether you were a Clinton supporter or not, determined which polling place they sent you to, based on what website/app you accessed. They also had separate voter rolls reflecting this. The Clinton ones were fake and not state approved. So they took ballots from those polling places, and replaced the Sanders ballots, with Clinton ones. Seth Rich was responsible for an app that connected voters to their polling places, and discovered the scheme when he went to vote. He started asking questions, and the next thing you know, he's been murdered.

This goes hand in hand with what he describes above.
