Highjacking again for visibility, sorry this is important pedes, especially when we could have SCOTUS decisions as early as tomorrow Democrat SCOTUS contingency plan

48
Mooma 48 points ago +48 / -0

Which is why the PA lawsuit is so important. The PA lawsuit has potential to deny the Dems majority in the House.

(Which can be worse in a way, because there can be a stalemate for speaker, for example if both inside have less than 218. No speaker, no electoral college at all)

36
AtariArtist 36 points ago +37 / -1

PA is going to go a lot slower than TX hate to break it to you. TX get's precedence by nature of SCOTUS being the only court able to provide redress.

Did their contingency plan take into account Texas and the 17+ states that are suing? I know they war gamed this back in September when they thought Warren would get the nomination. They also thought that Trump would win Pennsylvania by only 20,000, when in reality he won it by over 700,000 lol. Just curious on how successful they've been at predicting the scenarios. I skimmed through some of it but I'm no legal expert so I didn't understand a lot of it

12
A_Discord_Moderator 12 points ago +12 / -0

I personally think they all underestimated again. We shouldn't underestimate the dems, this was all planned, but they also underestimated trumps vote turnout... AGAIN! They couldn't fathom that Trump would increase his vote counts in every single state during his 2nd campaign. They thought shitting on him in media would be enough to stop his popularity from going up. They were WRONG.

12
FUCK_DemonRATS 12 points ago +12 / -0

They made the steal way too obvious. 5 States stopped counting simultaneously with over 93% of votes counted, and Trump was winning each state by over 100K votes (700K in Pennsylvania), only to lose his entire lead the next morning while they kicked out GOP poll watchers and boarded up windows. What I can't figure out yet was if they did this in plain sight so boldly to laugh in our faces, or if they really are that fucking stupid that they wouldn't think this would rouse suspicion.

5
TP4bunghole 5 points ago +5 / -0

They had no choice, they were under time pressure and had to go all-out in order to make up for Trump's huge lead. Subtle wasn't going to let them fake that many votes.

Also, the people actually doing the physical rigging weren't exactly criminal masterminds - not talking about the brightest bulbs on the tree here.

6
Porkbut 6 points ago +8 / -2

No it definitely hasn’t proceeded according to plan for them all the way, and I believe they’ve had to revise some of their plans to adapt, but the issue is that they have a plan already for when SCOTUS grants relief to the plaintiff Texas, which involves sending their own defecting electors regardless of SCOTUS rule, forcing a constitutional crisis or contingent election. But even that I think will be moot now. The real goal now based on how things have happened IMO is the period they demarcated from Jan 6th to the 20th. And that is to drag things out indefinitely with challenges until their is no determination by the 20th. Then, using other judicial actions filed simultaneously as the one to rule on the presidency, they will force the court to rule in their favor on the parallel case they filed, and in that ruling will have to acknowledge Pelosi as president based on the ruling they used. They will then use this to seize control of the military. This is explained better in Part C of the SCOTUS section of the document, page 348

3
FUCK_DemonRATS 3 points ago +3 / -0

Do you think there is a counterplan to this from Trump? I thought this would be decided by 1 representative from each state (Republicans have the majority) and Trump would get his 2nd term. Also, if there is evidence of foreign interference, and of Biden being compromised by China, how does that play out?

Trump playing the long game. This election was under Trump’s Sep. 12, 2018 executive order to protect integrity of the elections. It really helps out a lot if your opponent thinks your an idiot/ dumbass.

1
Porkbut 1 point ago +2 / -1

I think that’s where we will see the teeth of the executive order he signed in 2018 come into play, in regards to Chinas interference and Biden being compromised. So how does one of the craziest times in living history sound for a Christmas present?

Hey Porkbut, I haven't read your link yet but I'll make sure to do so. Thank you.

What you may not realize yet is that worrying about downvotes is what makes Reddit the leftist sewer it is. Real Americans like you and me just don't care about conforming enough to get unanimous approval. So you posted your info, and some people will like it and some people won't. You did your best, and I'm sure you reached a few good people. After all, you got some upvotes!

Do not despair Fren, i know how you feel sometimes we all feel like we have some info that we must share with everyone! And i also agree that is what the dems will try to do, unlike many pedes here i dont buy the story that they are all retarded thats just their pawns.. If you ask me you should all be prepared because in the war games the dems enacted this year one of the possible outcomes of the election was:

  • Trump declines to concede and they go for secession of blue states, after that they ask UNs help to depose trump... Also theres no way for us to be 100% sure the military is on Trumps side at all in the higher ups they are most likely neocons to the bone.

So yes pedes pray for trump and the rule of law but be ready!!! At least stockpile some food and water , worst case you will be eating lots of caned food and carbs in the future...

I’ve been reading the CA election law code..

First thing it says is ‘people’ can vote... doesn’t mention citizens!

6
endthefed11 6 points ago +7 / -1

I don't think "people" necessarily includes noncitizens. It can vary. For example "People's Republic of China" does not imply that the "Republic of China" is possessed by non-citizen people.

12
The5thEstate 12 points ago +12 / -0

At this point, with the testimonies and analyses coming from AZ, NV, GA, PA, WI, and MI, can anyone say with certainty that these kind of shenanigans weren't happening elsewhere?

Even in D.C., the local elections are probably rigged to "help" preferred candidates to win their races. Although the presidential race is most likely clean; that place is a Democrat stronghold.

4
looncraz 4 points ago +4 / -0

Different types of shenanigans - the four States in question had illegal systematic rule changes which went against the will of their respective Legislatures. Arizona and Nevada, AFAIK, didn't have such changes which can be brought before SCOTUS... even if there were irregularities, they weren't widespread corruption.

I did see a license plate with a paper taped over it - but coming off on the freeway, I was behind it- looked up the vin # and it was a car from Mexico. Also a black jeep with a license plate painted black, and a homemade grill painted black. I am assuming that is a car and Jeep from Mexico, because there- you are allowed to Macguiver a car, give it a road warrior make-over and drive it on the road.

Foreign Nationals are driving on US freeways with plates and South American cars they are altering.

Where is our CIA?

Where is our FBI?

Even though we pay them- They don't appear to work for us anymore.

0
Matticus 0 points ago +2 / -2

You looked up the vin number while behind it on the freeway, minotaurbeach? You must have incredible eyesight. where did you read the vin number from? The dash? The engine block?

2
minotaurbeach 2 points ago +2 / -0

You can look up cars by licenseplate, and find where they are from, and if they have the right plates.

License plates are registered to people and addresses-It was a non-US Plate

Word on the street in AZ is that he wants to run for governor when Ducey's term is up in 2022. Problem is, the week after the election he went on Neil Cavuto to say that he doesn't see any evidence of election fraud.

So maybe his recent change of heart is because he's been run through the mud for weeks and he sees his political career coming to end. Fine, but we've got our eye on you...

10

As it had not been confirmed, it was disinfo at the time.

People think that their state had already joined, they stop calling. People stop calling, states are not pressured to join. We would be shooting ourselves in the foot.

People need to know the truth, not just what makes us happy.

As it stands, I am very happy with this outcome. So many more stepped up than was predicted! People are really stepping up and engaging with their government officials, and it is making a difference.

Now, can we get an even 25 states to join?

3

They aren't plaintiffs; but they are lending their services and support to the plaintiff... I think. I read somewhere that you can't "join" a SCOTUS case; so this might be the best they can do.

11
PatLash 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yeah, I think he anticipated that concern with the official statement. In particular: "Arizona wasn't named in this lawsuit because our office successfully prevented many of the same troubling and last-minute changes to our state's election integrity laws."

The word choice is interesting..."successfully prevented" suggests there were attempts to do so and it was stopped.

Arizona still has some friendly legislature and a few others on our side. Arizona is also not charged with any constitutional issues so they don't have to defend this charge. We still have to remember and cleanup the massive amount of fraud in the state, but that can happen after we win.

believe it or not - Arizona is full of patriots. It's one of the most libertarian states with one of the best gun laws (ie constitutional carry, ban on background checks between private party gun sales, etc). Unfortunately, we have a lot of RINO politicians, which needs to end.

People have been ignoring local elections for too long. That’s what happened in AZ.

someone should go tell reddit that the Texas lawsuit now has bi-partisan support across party lines.

'Blue states are getting on board. Who is next? Hawaii? California?'

Seems a little weird but I don't see why not, especially if you are saying that the changes in the rules at the state level damaged your counties ability to be represented in the state vote.

2
BucksPatriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

You know what I wish - I wish we residents could sue our legislators for putting us in this mess. For example - I live in Bucks County Pa. I voted for Wendi Thomas, a republican in our state house who won re-election. She and other republicans in bucks "claim" they did not sign the letter (the one with 76 legislators on it) asking for a special session. In fact she won't comment at all on this. She's a republican who won by riding on Trumps coattails - and the people that voted her in also voted for trump. These RINO's need to be sued as well - for disenfranchising their constituents and not abiding by the constitution of the state - not allowing US to vote on Act 77, which is how it should have been done. Its outrageous. Bucks County was red for 3 days after the election - and it was stolen. We are the reddest of the philly burbs, and these RINO's here think they need to pander to democrats.

From a michigan pede in a red county, who would I begin to contact to make that happen?

1
jdog 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would think your county District Attorney. It would be interesting to get a group of county DAs from these areas to join the suit or make their own.

Maricopa County is not the entire state. I don't think it's an attempt at redemption.

6
zee_bear 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm convinced Maricopa stayed red, despite the commiefornians, Sharpiegate, and 'digital adjudication' of early ballots.

1
NeverInterruptEnemy 1 point ago +1 / -0

FWIW, Maricopa is 60% of the state.

Could the AGs of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, or Wisconsin join in on the suit against their own state? Would be hilarious.

How would that work? I honestly dont know, I'm not a lawyer pede.

The Texas lawsuit is against these state, so who is the defense on behalf of these states? Is it the AG or appointed in an adhoc fashion by their governors per their state constitution?

If it is, would the AG be responsible for speaking to the passing or ignoring of election laws in their own state, which they have nothing to do with?

If they aren't, why not join the lawsuit against their own state as a FU for putting them in that position?

6
TheDonaldVET1 6 points ago +6 / -0

Does that make 18? 😎

7

19 including Texas. 19 States are suing 4 others. That would be breaking news on every channel if we weren't living through 1984. Has anything similar ever happened, aside from the Civil War anyway?

6

"A person is not required to submit proof of citizenship" - Voter Registration 300,000 Fake People Voted In Arizona Election

5
NeverInterruptEnemy 5 points ago +5 / -0

Right.

BUT... they didn't try and make up new laws without their legislature. They just fucking sucked at enforcing the ones they had.

3
zee_bear 3 points ago +3 / -0

yup, but fraud is separate from the Constitutional issues. We didn't make any last minute changes to our election laws that are contrary to either the AZ or the Constitution. It's just that the demonrats engaged in fraud, like they probably did in ever city in the country.

2
AedraLord 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good point. There is a clear distinction.

6
BillboDickens 6 points ago +6 / -0

My state AZ allegedly a fully blue state now, yet here we are joining TX is this suit. Everyone here knows our election was fraudulant.

6
tdavis25 6 points ago +6 / -0

Clean up your own state while your at it!

4
NeverInterruptEnemy 4 points ago +4 / -0

After.

After this, if Trump is confirmed the winner.... We collectively here at TD are going to organize, push for, and demand federal election reforms.

And we're going to win because there are going to be so many pissed off Dems that it'll sail through.

Arizona should investigate themselves while they're at it.

5
redinmn 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is great to see. There are good people in all of those states who are fighting to straighten out this election. Good people dont want to see their state go down the drain because of a few elected and unelected officials rushing everything thru for ulterior reasons.

5
MAGASquatch 5 points ago +5 / -0

Wait, wasn't the same shit going on in AZ? So, is GA joining next?

10
CJBarnacle 10 points ago +10 / -0

Georgia's "Republicans" are worse than Democrats.

4
Joebidenisacriminal 4 points ago +4 / -0

Georgia is all around shit. They produced Florida-Georgia Line or whatever that fucking pop band is called.

5
ObamaBinladin 5 points ago +5 / -0

AZ didn't have a constitutional issue like the other 4. They have their fraud going on but it's not because of governors and supreme courts fucking with thier election laws and state constitution.

1
MAGASquatch 1 point ago +1 / -0

ic... that makes more sense now.

4
TheMutualist 4 points ago +4 / -0

Arizona's fraud wasn't a state-level issue; it was concentrated in certain counties. Arizona didn't alter their rules by executive decree.

4
Uncle_Jose 4 points ago +4 / -0

"our office successfully prevented many of the same troubling and last-minute changes to our state's election integrity laws."

I'm pretty sure the people currently suing and the Trump campaigns recent 11 HOUR public hearing on election fraud in AZ kind of disagree with ya, Mark.

4
thedebatingbookworm 4 points ago +4 / -0

While this is awesome they have not joined the suit they are supporting the suit thats very different. Now good news is if SCOTUS accepts the case then I do expect more states to join as plaintiffs.
