Highjacking again for visibility, sorry this is important pedes, especially when we could have SCOTUS decisions as early as tomorrow Democrat SCOTUS contingency plan
Which is why the PA lawsuit is so important. The PA lawsuit has potential to deny the Dems majority in the House.
(Which can be worse in a way, because there can be a stalemate for speaker, for example if both inside have less than 218. No speaker, no electoral college at all)
Did their contingency plan take into account Texas and the 17+ states that are suing? I know they war gamed this back in September when they thought Warren would get the nomination. They also thought that Trump would win Pennsylvania by only 20,000, when in reality he won it by over 700,000 lol. Just curious on how successful they've been at predicting the scenarios. I skimmed through some of it but I'm no legal expert so I didn't understand a lot of it
I personally think they all underestimated again. We shouldn't underestimate the dems, this was all planned, but they also underestimated trumps vote turnout... AGAIN! They couldn't fathom that Trump would increase his vote counts in every single state during his 2nd campaign. They thought shitting on him in media would be enough to stop his popularity from going up. They were WRONG.
They made the steal way too obvious. 5 States stopped counting simultaneously with over 93% of votes counted, and Trump was winning each state by over 100K votes (700K in Pennsylvania), only to lose his entire lead the next morning while they kicked out GOP poll watchers and boarded up windows. What I can't figure out yet was if they did this in plain sight so boldly to laugh in our faces, or if they really are that fucking stupid that they wouldn't think this would rouse suspicion.
No it definitely hasn’t proceeded according to plan for them all the way, and I believe they’ve had to revise some of their plans to adapt, but the issue is that they have a plan already for when SCOTUS grants relief to the plaintiff Texas, which involves sending their own defecting electors regardless of SCOTUS rule, forcing a constitutional crisis or contingent election. But even that I think will be moot now. The real goal now based on how things have happened IMO is the period they demarcated from Jan 6th to the 20th. And that is to drag things out indefinitely with challenges until their is no determination by the 20th. Then, using other judicial actions filed simultaneously as the one to rule on the presidency, they will force the court to rule in their favor on the parallel case they filed, and in that ruling will have to acknowledge Pelosi as president based on the ruling they used. They will then use this to seize control of the military. This is explained better in Part C of the SCOTUS section of the document, page 348
Do you think there is a counterplan to this from Trump? I thought this would be decided by 1 representative from each state (Republicans have the majority) and Trump would get his 2nd term. Also, if there is evidence of foreign interference, and of Biden being compromised by China, how does that play out?
Hey Porkbut, I haven't read your link yet but I'll make sure to do so. Thank you.
What you may not realize yet is that worrying about downvotes is what makes Reddit the leftist sewer it is. Real Americans like you and me just don't care about conforming enough to get unanimous approval. So you posted your info, and some people will like it and some people won't. You did your best, and I'm sure you reached a few good people. After all, you got some upvotes!
Fair enough.

PA is going to go a lot slower than TX hate to break it to you. TX get's precedence by nature of SCOTUS being the only court able to provide redress.

Roberts is a Bush appointee.
Maybe because you are spamming every thread with this info and because the thread you cite has very little info in it? Just my guesses.
