Not his job. He's a commissioner, not the head of the FCC. The current head of the FCC said before the election he checked with the lawyers, who told him he could revise and amend 230 without Congressional approval, and got a thumbs up. Now he just announced the other day he's stepping down in January. That's the guy/gal to watch, who replaces him.
