The case by TEXAS is not that broad. It only mentions FRAUD as a CONSEQUENCE of the Defendant States violating the Constitution's clear and specific instructions that the State Legislatures determine the methods for conducting the elections.

Even with a victory, the State Legislatures need to act responsibly to prevent the Electoral College from giving the Election to Biden.

This is not the end nor is it even the beginning of the end.

It's hard to tell because they haven't been consulted since the executives and courts ran roughshod over them.
