So I was hauling a battle rattle in my chest I couldn't get rid of. Took all my meds still had the rattle. Decided to go get some over the counter primatine tablets basically to bring the inflammation downt in my lungs. Took that as needed for another week and it went away completely. Back when I was younger they didn't have inhalers. It was a pill if I remember correctly called marax? This shit was like taking crack slashed laced with horse tranquilizers for bad attacks. Anyway after all that I have been on a vitamin regement. Liquid multi vitamin / zinc liquid vitamin / vitamin c and vitamin d as well as a host of others.
