Lots of air activity around Nellis AFB in Nevada has been explained as a training activity but I am unaware of Navy being involved by placing carriers on both coasts. Seems bigger than others types of training exercises I have been aware of in the past. Also lots of troop and land vehicle deployment. Land, sea, air. Storm warning?
