Wow. In MN you are required to wear a Black Lives Matter t-shirt, change your social media to all black boxes, and attend at least one civic event involving either looting or arson before you can receive a diploma. Also, graduation is contingent upon bringing the principal a new pair of Nike tennis shoes from a destroyed business and spray painting George Floyd three times around your high school.

It would be nice if we could count on them. Realistically, ALL SCOTUS judges should rule the same way. The Constitution can't be any more plain. Adding your own bullshit in there just because you don't agree with it should not be allowed.

20
chlofefe 20 points ago +20 / -0

Rulings used to be 9-0, 7-2, etc. now it's 5-4 because 4 people vote based on feelings

Those four must go.

I think this has been in the works for a while. I was wondering why the GOP was being weirdly quiet. I think this was all put in place and they were waiting for the perfect moment to strike. The Art of War. Make your enemy think you're weak when you are really strong. They needed all their ducks in a row and they needed the public to wake up (well those that aren't completely brainwashed... it's too late for most of them anyways.) I kept feeling like something big was going on behind the scenes. These smaller lawsuits were distractions. Trump is the champion of putting all the focus on what his left hand is doing so no one is paying attention to what his right hand is doing. Timing is everything. The element of surprise means your enemy can't anticipate what you're doing and can't plan a defense.

6
Equality72521 6 points ago +6 / -0

" I was wondering why the GOP was being weirdly quiet." It would be nice to learn that's it's not all due to massive corruption.

4
killerbunny88 4 points ago +5 / -1

This lawsuit gives me hope that it wasn't! Obviously there are corrupt GOP members (Romney, etc.), but this gives me hope that there are still plenty that want to fight for our Republic.... they were just following Trump's lead and waiting for the proper time.

5
Equality72521 5 points ago +5 / -0

I hear ya. There has been more real hope today than I can remember in a while.

9

I can feel the shift. The lefties are SCARED. Locking down Youtube is just proof of their fear. If they have nothing to hide then there is no reason to censor us. The more they censor and ban conservatives the more I know we are winning lol

2

Has anyone checked on the talking heads from CNN? I think there might be drowning in salty tears live on the air tonight.

2
killerbunny88 2 points ago +3 / -1

My guess is that they will ignore this for as long as possible. Once the story gets too big, they will have "legal experts" on that will disparage the whole thing and say it's laughable. Once that doesn't work, then they will attack the states involved. That's my prediction.

1
UncontrollableQueef 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’m still holding steady that this same principle applies to Barr.

3
killerbunny88 3 points ago +4 / -1

I actually read a theory another pede posted that resonated with me. If Barr arrests and charges people they will be tried in civil courts which can take forever and have a million appeals. If we want them tried in military court (which is legal according to a previous ruling), it's actually better if he doesn't intervene. I am hoping and praying that this is the endgame.

Redpillgirlfrommars 8 points ago +10 / -2

Absolutely. America is the greatest country the world has ever seen, and it would be nothing without her. I truly feel like this had to happen. The past few years have felt like we were coming to a boiling point; like the concept of America, what it was built on, and what it means was slowly slipping from our grasp thanks to democrats trying to yank it from our hands, and we oftentimes watched helplessly. The pressure has been rising and I think it’s finally come to a head. If we don’t take America back, we’ll lose her forever. I have a sneaking suspicion that the amazing patriots of our country have had enough, and they will not let them take her. This has become good vs. evil. Good always prevails. They will not win. I think when this is all said and done, we are going to make our founding fathers very proud.

1
The_banned 1 point ago +2 / -1

It was never slipping from our grasp though, we were just watching the marxists and the globalist infiltrators within our government and media try to force us into believing it was. Remember, Trump got such overwhelming support after 4 years of nothing but concentrated media lies and narratives that it fucking broke their fraud scheme. Trump didn't just win by a lot, Biden lost by a shit ton. America was just waiting for a leader to step up and bitch slap some people and Trump fucking did it. America followed. Even now, with their almost open and overt hostility towards him AND us, Trump has only even gained momentum since he first refused to concede. Once again, everybody was just waiting for someone to put their foot down and he did just that. Fact is, the momentum created by Trump before the election, his lawyers afterwards, and the people who supported them is getting away from them. The people who don't know what is going on aren't just moping around and giving up, they openly discuss war. This is all just proof that our enemies within our borders have failed miserably. They wanted sheep, and are gonna get torn apart by lions if they don't stop.

In the presidential election of 1872, two states' electors were rejected.

-18
iamherefortheluls -18 points ago +1 / -19

their reps in Congress and Senate can object to electors.

It will be a fruitless gesture because Dem majority congress will vote to admit them anyway, but still, its something.

The vote in the House is by committee, not by majority, and when divvying up by committee, Republicans are favored.

Senate equally represents the states. House represents the population. But the House committees that would vote in the House on this are divided not by overall majority but by location.

This has been explained so many times ...

1
Southern_Belle 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, we need to do something about those DemoKKKrats "elected" by fraud.

20
josiborg 20 points ago +20 / -0

NY, CA, and the rest. Make ALL of them audit, and for every name on the ballot. We won the house back, acquired more seats in senate and state races were just as frauded

4
SaveAmerica22 4 points ago +4 / -0

YES!

18
freefolk 18 points ago +18 / -0

They need to prove every ballot is legitimate. They can't. That's why the media is outright denying any fraud. That's why the media is banning any viewpoint that this election was a fraud. That's why the courts are denying the evidence. That's why the FBI refuses to do their job. There's no faith in the election results.

2
NotDangerousGame 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes. These states need to prove an election took place.

2
Cakes4077 2 points ago +2 / -0

The most widely known legend attributes the phrase to Missouri's U.S. Congressman Willard Duncan Vandiver, who served in the United States House of Representatives from 1897 to 1903. While a member of the U.S. House Committee on Naval Affairs, Vandiver attended an 1899 naval banquet in Philadelphia. In a speech there, he declared, "I come from a state that raises corn and cotton and cockleburs and Democrats, and frothy eloquence neither convinces nor satisfies me. I am from Missouri. You have got to show me." Regardless of whether Vandiver coined the phrase, it is certain that his speech helped to popularize the saying.

Show me your mother fuckin votes!
