Term limits, reword the Second Amendment to be unequivocally clear that SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED means what it says, and prevent certain parts of the original text from being amendment (goodbye 17th Amendment). Also probably remove the supremacy clause or at least change it around.

Make it clear that those that do not own land or pay federal taxes NEVER get to vote ever with no chance to amend or alter this provision. You have to have stake in the game to write the rules. Period.

Probably add the power of groups of states to impeach federal officials such as Federal judges, up to and including Supreme Court Justices.

Also add the power of the states to directly over rule any Supreme Court findings.

Add freedom of medical choice

make the second amendment clearer that it applies to everyone at all times with any weapon. Put something in about honesty and integrity of officials and government employees.
