I'm just Canadian, but I keep hearing about how once the three boxes are used up it's your patriotic duty to pull out the 4th box.

That and something about the founding fathers explicitly stating a patriotic duty to take down their own govt if it becomes tyrannical?

For a government to tell its own citizens, shoot us down if we overstep our authority at some point in the future, is impressive as fuck. Cutting edge stuff and that was centuries ago...

If you haven’t seen John Adams HBO miniseries, you should take the time to. It’s freakin inspiring AF. To think those guys had the fortitude, the wherewithal, and the willingness to do what they did is just wow.
