I have a question: What are the substantive differences between a civilian court and
a military court/tribunal?
When Donald activates his EO/Insurrection Act, those arrested will be facing a military court, from what I've read.
I'm an Army brat, my father was career, and I heard there were significant differences.
But, I have no idea what those are or what bearing those might have.
Do you?
I read that Sidney Powell is a "military lawyer". Whatdat?
The main difference I can tell is that you don’t want to go through the civilian court where you may encounter corrupt judges and appeal after appeal willing to cover for said corruption.
In military tribunals, you assume the military isn’t as corrupt as the civilian courts, you don’t get appeal after appeal, and if found guilty for things like Treason, they are within their rights to splat you over a concrete wall.
