I have a question: What are the substantive differences between a civilian court and

a military court/tribunal?

When Donald activates his EO/Insurrection Act, those arrested will be facing a military court, from what I've read.

I'm an Army brat, my father was career, and I heard there were significant differences.

But, I have no idea what those are or what bearing those might have.

Do you?

I read that Sidney Powell is a "military lawyer". Whatdat?

Military court can prosecute treason. They have less red tape and they generally don't play politics or games.
