It's my understanding that the basis for the suit is that they conducted the election in a manner that was against the State's election laws. The Gov and SoS allowed all this mail in voting and extended counting without the State Legislature.
This really doesn't address fraud... or does it?
What remedy are they seeking? Throwing out all mail in votes and recounting or letting the RINOs in the State Legislatures pick the Electors.
If the Legislature picks then there needs to be a demonstration of the Fraud. Is that where the Trump lawsuits come into play?
I'd love to see it sent to the House for a decision. I just don't trust the State Legislatures at this point.
The States made Election changes in a way that the Constitution says they can’t.
Here's a good breakdown of it. https://youtu.be/v-tb11okydc
If you can type out your question above ^ you are certainly able to read and understand the Texas Petition, it is beautifully written in a plain and easy fashion. It will answer all your questions. Highly recommend - it will be part of History.

it's been worded in a way to challenge basic fundamentals. Is the constitution a valid piece of legislature or not? If they rule against it, or choose to not hear the case they are solidifying the notion that the constitution does not matter and is a piece of worthless paper.
State governments moved universal mail-in ballots, under the guise of public health, without the consent of the legislature. That's fraud.
Here's a good explanation...
