my number one piece of advice, is just because you CAN think it and you CAN type it out and say it, doesn't mean that you SHOULD. I must admit, these posts can be pretty invoking, but they are meant to be. I fall victim myself to some of these traps, but remain vigilant. You do not need to publicly announce that you are mad, and want to protest. Just go protest. They want a digital log of you acting a fool, the internet is their chessboard, and you're playing blacks, and you're not even aware its a game of bridge.
Be the snake in the grass, but that does not mean do not voice your opinion. We can converse EFFECTIVELY without making ourselves appear to be digital animals. I have learned quickly about digital warfare, and you can quickly be discredited to any jury or judge incredibly quickly by someone reading off your internet chat logs.
If you show you're a threat, you're going to be labeled as such, and if any such round-up is ever attempted, you have painted a target on your residence. You should appear as non threatening as possible. Perception is 90% of someones judgement for you..
The lurkers here who don't even comment or have accounts, thats the thing to strive for. Yeah it sucks because you cant meme and comment, but you're almost truly anonymous at that point, you still get your news, you still stay in the loop, but you add that extra protection layer to yourself by not interjecting and putting your IP on the map to potentially some outlandish statement that you said in a brief moment of frustration.
We need more of it, and faster! We need a plan. Some are tired and have given up on the idea of govt. working it out! It’s now upto families and friends and locals to get on the same page!
