I mean Prescott Bush only went and liberated Geronimo's skull from the rest of his remains and stored it at Skull & Bones (ALLEGED), so there is precedent for the theft and desecration of human remains. With her support of abortion, we could even make the argument that RBG is not getting any utility from her brain box any more and it has been repurposed for 'the greater good'.
