Do we know if SCOTUS will listen to arguments? Is that fact that it's on the docket mean this, or is it on the docket just to decide whether or not they will take it up?
They first have to accept it, just being on the docket doesn't mean they will or will hear arguments.
So we need to restrain our enthusiasm somewhat--for now. If they dismiss it outright, it will be a travesty.
