Has anyone said when we're supposed to find out if SCOTUS accepts to hear the case?

They don’t have a choice but to hear the case. Article 3 section 2 paragraph 2 US constitution

But from what I’ve heard Docket doesn’t mean anything

Being on the docket does not mean it’s going to be heard beyond the initial complaint and response. SCOTUS could decide to decline to see the case at 3:01pm tomorrow.
