Are you sure about the delegations ? I heard it was 26-22 with 2 ties.
I think it's just a majority.
if the house coudn't decide the president, I think the Speaker of the house is temporary president until it gets sorted out.
The vote for VP in senate is different. They have to continue to delegate till they get a consensus. I think they could even choose someone else if Pence didn't get it the first time.
Not sure about the tie breaking by the VP. One thing is that with the contigent election , that'd mean that GA electors were thrown out if so, then what does that mean for the other races down ballot. Fraud cases etc ?
yeah, what you posted is BS
mandated to vote by party.
The house must convene in full. Pelosi can't fuck with that. Its constitutionally mandated.
the senate has nothing to do with electing the President in this case. that happens in the house.
we hold the majority of states in the house. Trump wins.
Pence is the issue, not sure how it shakes out for him.
they can't deadlock dude
its a red majority of the states, they must vote.
go read the Constitution
fucking doomer.
I think it is now
27 red 21 blue 2 tied
Saw this earlier today.
We must pray.
