It was also a wholly owned subsidiary of Forbes & Manhattan Inc., an Ontario company with a head office in Toronto. The defendants variously incorporated in Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and the British Virgin Islands, and had offices located in Iran, Dubai, London, Edinburgh, Durban, and Bermuda.

This is not breaking or new at all. This has been well known to the point where people have already gone into this building. Both companies have since vanished from this building.

Don't they also have an office in Toronto, on same floor as Soros Open Society?
