So far, at least 17 states have joined Texas’s lawsuit that is currently on the docket in the Supreme Court.
Oh yeah, and President Trump’s legal team has filed a motion to intervene as well.

I hate to be dumb but legalese goes right over my head. These law battles with Texas vs the other states, do they occur as well as Trump's own legal fights? When do we get to hear on making progress? 14th coming closer and I'm panicking like mad. Also, how big are these battles? It's uplifting to hear, but is it enough to get the dems pooping themselves?

14th is when the Electoral College meets. January 6th is when the votes are counted. VP Pence has the authority to reject votes from contested states. If no candidate gets to 270, then it's a contingent election and the House chooses the president by state delegation, which we have a majority. On January 20th, Donald Trump will be on the steps of the Capitol with his hand on the bible. Trust.
